our vetting process

At Sitter Solutions, our team is committed to providing trained, certified, and reliable babysitters for your family. We do the hard work of vetting so you don’t have to.

Background Check + Motor Vehicle Report

Each sitter will have a background check conducted that includes a review of their driving record.

Reference & Social Media Review

Each sitter must provide multiple strong references. These references are used to confirm each candidates experience and reliability. Additionally, all candidates will have a social media check to ensure they maintain a professional online presence.

Min. 2 Years Experience

Each sitter must have a minimum of two years of professional childcare experience. This experience can include nannying, prior babysitting experience, tutoring, teaching, camp counselors and more!

Face to Face Interview

Each sitter must undergo an extensive interview process by our owner. The face to face interview is designed to assess the values, experience, education, childcare skills, professionalism and punctuality of each candidate.


All of our sitters are required to hold a valid CPR trained.
